Lead sponsorship programs and client partnerships as an Account Supervisor at FUSE Create Inc. Manage integrated marketing delivery, budgets, and agency teams.

This permanent full-time Account Supervisor requires four to six years of agency experience and a university degree. You will lead experiential marketing, sponsorship, event, and activation programs from planning through execution. The work includes client service, presentations, project documentation, and coordination across Strategy, Creative, Production, Account teams, vendors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Define objectives and direct internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Develop creative briefs, project plans, and internal documentation
- Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies,



and project quality
- Lead sponsorship, experiential, activation, and integrated marketing programs

Requirements:

- University degree and four to six years of agency experience
- Experience leading experiential, sponsorship, event, and activation programs
- Solid project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Client service, communication, and senior stakeholder presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and AI-powered tools
