The Nurse Practitioner works within a client-centered interdisciplinary team at Mount Carmel Clinic. The position promotes wellness, prevents disease or disability, and manages complex chronic conditions. Care includes health education, client advocacy, appropriate referrals, and connections with human services supporting health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide health education and care within nursing practice scope

Requirements:

- Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner program graduate
- Registered Nurse Extended Practice license in Manitoba
- Minimum five years’ RN Extended Practice experience
- Minimum three years’ community health experience
- Current CPR certification and Community EMR proficiency
