Lead luxury hotel operations at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in downtown Vancouver, using visible leadership and sound business judgment daily. Partner with the General Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences.

As Hotel Manager, you will serve on the Executive Committee and lead multiple operating departments through their leaders. You will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Security, guest service, financial performance, colleague engagement, and operational readiness. The position supports the Castle in the City’s distinctive character and Fairmont standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the General Manager on hotel management and strategic direction
- Lead Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Security department leaders
- Oversee guest experiences, service recovery, and quality improvements
- Review forecasts, operating statements, budgets,



and financial targets
- Lead safety, security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity

Requirements:

- Senior leadership experience in a full-service luxury hotel
- Experience leading multiple departments in complex hotel environments
- Knowledge of Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Security operations
- Financial, commercial, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with unionized workplaces, operational change, or capital projects
