NFI Group Inc. is seeking a strategic Compensation Manager to lead global pay programs, design salary structures, benchmark against market, ensure compliance and equity.

You’ll partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Advantages to align compensation with talent strategy and workforce planning for our 9,000-person global team. You will oversee job evaluations, equity reviews, incentive plans, and annual salary planning while maintaining accurate HRIS/payroll implementation and reporting.
