Lead Walmart store operations in Trois-Rivières through sales analysis, customer service, and associate direction. This position supports the Store Manager.
The Assistant Store Manager helps manage operations according to Company guidelines while developing toward becoming a Store Manager. You will drive profitable sales, manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and respond to community needs. You will also oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory replenishment, safety, compliance, and digital processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales through goals, forecasts, and budget management
- Plan operations, delegate priorities, and direct store teams
- Monitor inventory flow, replenishment, pricing, and merchandise presentation
- Oversee asset protection, safety, quality assurance, and compliance
- Resolve customer concerns and develop associate capability
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to support Store Manager operations according to guidelines
- Ability to lead Managers and Associates effectively
- Ability to analyze sales and financial reports
- Ability to oversee safety and operational procedures
