Saputo Dairy Products Edmonton Plant seeks an enthusiastic Millwright with manufacturing experience for its maintenance team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and automated equipment throughout the facility. The work requires technical drawing interpretation, preventative maintenance, accurate service records, and communication with plant personnel. Food safety and environmental responsibility remain central to daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain mechanical systems within the facility
- Troubleshoot conveyors, bottling, packaging, and process equipment




- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records
- Apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Follow OH&S;, WCB, GMP, and food safety requirements

Requirements:

- Millwright or Journeyman Certificate
- Three years’ food processing experience would be an asset
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Membership in UNIFOR Local 445 or joining within 30 days
