Lead Endaaying’s transitional housing operations at 475 Flora Avenue through compassionate supervision, housing coordination, and culturally grounded service delivery. Sunday-to-Thursday hours vary, with on-call rotation responsibilities.

Ndinawe is preparing to open this new location for young Relatives building confidence, independent living skills, and housing stability. As Site Manager, you will oversee daily administration, staff support, housing processes, building operations, and community connections. The position reports to the Director of Programs and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Endaaying’s daily operations, administration, and overall functioning
- Schedule, train, supervise, and support Helpers
- Manage orientations, occupancy processes, and housing agreements
- Coordinate critical incidents,



emergencies, and after-hours operational support
- Maintain documentation, reporting, resources, and expenditure oversight

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in social services or related field
- Minimum two years’ management or supervisory experience
- Experience working with Indigenous youth or young adults
- Knowledge of housing stability and independent living challenges
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and required checks
