This entry-level sales position supports an established book of business alongside an outside sales representative. You will handle ferrous and non-ferrous scrap purchases, recycling services, bin placement, and transportation requests. The work serves manufacturers, fabricators, plants, and contractors across Southern Ontario. No cold calling or current business prospecting is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer pricing requests by phone and email
- Prepare quotes for standard and ad-hoc jobs
- Resolve pickup, bin, shipment, weight, pricing, and payment issues




- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, purchasing, and finance
- Maintain records, scale tickets, invoices, and CRM activity

Requirements:

- Zero to two years of experience
- Clear intent to build a sales career
- Customer-facing experience by phone, email, or in person
- Careful basic math, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

Build sales experience through account management, quoting, and service support for established industrial customers across Southern Ontario.
