Lead ASO billing operations and financial controls as Manager, Administrative Services Only Billing, supporting accurate client account administration. Partner across Manulife’s Sponsor Financial Services teams.

This manager leads financial administration for self-funded employee benefit plans. The work covers billing, reconciliations, funding arrangements, client financial transactions, and operational governance. You will guide billing professionals while partnering with Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Risk Management, and Operations to support client benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily self-funded benefit plan billing administration
- Oversee monthly bill runs, invoicing, adjustments, recoveries, and taxes
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of client accounts and funding activity
- Manage complex transactions, escalations, exceptions, and suspense accounts




- Maintain controls supporting financial accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, economics, mathematics, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience in financial operations, billing, accounting, insurance, banking, or related industry
- Understanding of reconciliations, risk management, controls, and operational governance
- Solid analytical, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
