Giffen Consulting Ltd. seeks a mid-level Civil Engineer for full time work in Toronto or Vancouver. The position supports mining, utility, and heavy industrial projects, emphasizing earthworks engineering, surface water management, and construction-ready design. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead grading, site development, and major earthworks scopes
- Calculate runoff, drainage routing, slope stability, and cut/fill
- Oversee Civil3D models, grading plans, and earthworks packages
- Manage budgets, schedules, estimates,



and work plans
- Review deliverables and guide junior and intermediate engineers

Requirements:

- Engineering degree with Civil or Structural focus
- Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Eng.
- Seven-plus years in mining or heavy industrial projects
- Experience with Civil3D and mining project design
- Strong organizational, technical, communication, and computer skills
