As Operations Manager, you will own a large regional portfolio for BEST, Canada’s leading janitorial and maintenance services provider. Lead Site Managers, manage financials, and strengthen client relationships across public facilities and commercial properties. Use KPI data, forecasts, and operational expertise to support regional performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Site Managers toward productivity and performance targets
- Build forecasts, review P&Ls;, and control regional costs
- Track KPIs and improve productivity, satisfaction, and service quality




- Develop client relationships and support contract negotiations
- Implement company initiatives and report operational performance

Requirements:

- 5+ years leading multi-site service operations
- Direct responsibility for financials, budgets, safety, and human resources
- Knowledge of Employment Standards and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- Business-related post-secondary degree and solid MS Office skills
- Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
