Serve complex medication needs as a Pharmacist at CareRx in Victoria, using safe dispensing and clinical judgment onsite. A five-day schedule includes weekend on-call rotations.

CareRx seeks a Pharmacist for its Victoria Pharmacy under the designated Pharmacy Manager. You will ensure prescriptions are accurate, protected, timely, and therapeutically appropriate. The position supports senior care communities through critical medication assessment, palliative prescriptions, patient care, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense medication orders accurately, safely, timely, and completely
- Assess critical medications and respond rapidly to palliative prescriptions
- Manage medication procedure and profile reviews with recommendations




- Communicate professionally with resident care teams and home partners
- Maintain inventory and support pharmacy team training

Requirements:

- Current British Columbia pharmacy licensure in good standing
- Strong healthcare partnership, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Critical thinking, prioritization, independence, and minimal supervision
- Kroll Windows knowledge preferred
- Injections and APA certification preferred; long-term care experience an asset
