Lead regional EHS strategy for Johnson Controls through incident investigation, compliance audits, and operational safety leadership. This remote eligible role covers Ontario and Manitoba.

As Regional Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will direct EHS initiatives across regional, area, branch, and project operations. You will partner with leadership and business unit EHS teams to improve performance. The work includes workers’ compensation support, COR certification, training, and corrective action planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Johnson Controls’ regional EHS strategy implementation
- Lead incident investigations and identify root causes
- Conduct audits and track improvement plans
- Deliver targeted EHS training across operational levels




- Manage WSIB claim reporting, follow-up, and return-to-work coordination

Requirements:

- Occupational Health and Safety certificate, diploma, or degree
- Seven to ten years of EHS experience
- COR Certified Auditor with multi-site implementation experience
- Knowledge of Ontario OHSA, WSIB, and Manitoba legislation
- Valid driver’s license and travel availability of 30–40%
