As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while representing PAJAR’s Canadian heritage, craftsmanship, and evolving collections. You will manage sales performance, customer relationships, staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising. Working with the Montréal head office, you will help the store serve as a benchmark for the PAJAR retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators
- Develop traffic, conversion, transaction value, and loyalty strategies
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the retail team
- Oversee inventory,



scheduling, operations, and visual merchandising
- Support reopening, launches, events, and local initiatives

Requirements:

- Three to five years of retail management experience
- Success driving sales, managing KPIs, and leading teams
- Experience with POS systems, inventory, and retail reporting
- Fluency in French and English
- Weekend, holiday, and peak-period flexibility
