As Senior Advisor, Philanthropy and Charitable Partnerships, you will shape high-impact community investments and provincial and national partnerships. The role engages senior executives, foundation leaders, hospitals, universities, and charitable organizations. You will develop recommendations, influence decisions, and coordinate initiatives across business sectors, support functions, agencies, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage charitable partnership chance pipelines
- Lead negotiation and management of high-value partnerships




- Build relationships with senior charitable-sector decision-makers
- Prepare business cases and investment rationales
- Establish KPIs and social-impact reporting frameworks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Executive-level strategic partnership management experience
- Experience developing strategies and executive presentations
- Knowledge of corporate philanthropy and community investment
