As a Claims Advisor, you handle medium-complexity property claims and low-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims. You investigate and approve claims, assist members, clients, and practitioners, and develop solutions using analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge. French is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage and estimate costs
- Review reports and documents to determine settlement amounts
- Analyze medical, financial, and job information for benefit eligibility




- Settle claims according to policies, standards, and contract terms
- Negotiate with involved parties to ensure smooth claims processing

Requirements:

- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
- Solid interpersonal savvy and effective communication skills
