Analyze employee engagement surveys and advise organizations worldwide as a Senior HR Engagement Analyst with McLean & Company. Present findings virtually or onsite.

Working in McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics practice, you will support Employee Engagement, Recent Hire, Exit, and Employee Experience Monitor surveys. The senior role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, client advisory, research, and presentations. You will guide members toward engagement strategies and action planning using McLean & Company research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze survey data and identify patterns, trends, and themes
- Debrief HR and executive leaders on survey results
- Guide engagement strategies and action planning
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and manager training
- Present survey offerings to prospective and current members

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree
- Three or more years of HR experience or exposure
- Public speaking and facilitation experience
- Workshop or training facilitation experience
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and obtain TN1 Visa eligibility
