As Director, AI Business Enablement, you will partner with Canada Operations and Functional leaders to accelerate business strategy through Artificial Intelligence. You will connect business needs with Technology, Data, and Architecture capabilities across a regulated workplace. The work spans generative AI, automation, analytics, machine learning, governance, and outcome measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape business cases, benefits, risks, and success measures
- Translate business needs into clear AI use cases
- Prioritize feasibility with Technology, Data,

- Track value realization and champion responsible AI practices
