Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Acute General Medicine Specialist Pharmacist to support the Oxford Centre for Enablement and related neuro rehab initiatives. The role involves delivering specialist pharmaceutical services, supporting protected prescribing, and collaborating with medical and nursing teams to optimise medicines use across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will work mainly at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre site with possible duties at John Radcliffe.
