As Pharmacy Manager, you will report to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and oversee the department’s financial and operational success. You will prepare medications, maintain inventory, counsel patients, and respond to doctors’ requests. The position also includes hiring, performance management, coaching, customer education, and community-based marketing. Healthwatch and KROLL knowledge are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, guide, hire, and manage pharmacy staff performance
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
- Maintain medication and supplement inventory for patient needs




- Counsel patients and document appropriate medication guidance
- Review budgets, sales, contributions, and department costs

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A pharmacist license
- Minimum three years of retail workplace experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- People management skills with coaching and motivational ability
- Healthwatch or KROLL Pharmacy systems knowledge is an asset
