Clio seeks a Senior R&D; Operations Specialist with program management and analytical skills for work from home across the United States or Canada.

This senior role supports Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams through operating systems and cross-functional coordination. You will clarify priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, and progress. The work connects product strategy, customer value, business outcomes, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build sources of truth for priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Strengthen planning cadences, leadership syncs, showcases, QBRs, and forums
- Create workback plans for complex product initiatives
- Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Data partners




- Track quarterly and annual OKRs across portfolios and teams

Requirements:

- 5+ years in product operations, program management, or related technology roles
- Strong program management coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create practical structure
- Strong analytical skills synthesizing product, customer, and business data
