The BIM / VDC Modeller specializes in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems across commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects. You will create fabrication models, coordinate trades, support field teams, and maintain project information. The work emphasizes BIM/VDC technology and prefabrication throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed Revit fabrication models for MEP systems
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage
- Generate fabrication-ready models and construction drawings
- Coordinate electrical, fire protection, and HVAC systems




- Extract quantities and support estimating and bidding

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Revit MEP modeling and fabrication detailing
- Strong knowledge of Navisworks Manage coordination
- Understanding of electrical, fire protection, and HVAC systems
