As Team Lead, Knowledge Management, you will guide Knowledge Management Analysts and oversee the SharePoint-based intranet. You will manage content governance, platform enhancements, reporting, and daily service delivery. The work supports accurate, relevant, and accessible organizational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Knowledge Management Analysts
- Oversee SharePoint intranet administration, maintenance, and performance
- Lead content audits, governance reviews, and standards improvements
- Maintain a multi-year intranet enhancement roadmap




- Analyze engagement, search effectiveness, and user behaviour

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Hands-on SharePoint Online or intranet experience
- Dashboard and reporting experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating others
- Knowledge of content governance and information architecture
