Support patients across Alberta as a Field Nurse Case Manager using clinical knowledge, case management, and therapy coordination. This hybrid role is primarily remote with required travel.

At McKesson, you will support patients through Patient Support Program treatment journeys. Provide education, adherence support, clinical follow-up, and healthcare navigation. Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, clinics, and reimbursement teams to facilitate therapy access and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver case management within established Patient Support Program protocols
- Educate patients and providers about diseases, therapies, and medications
- Coordinate care with physicians, clinics, pharmacies, and internal teams
- Monitor treatment progress, interruptions, outcomes,



and adherence
- Document interactions and report adverse events or product complaints

Requirements:

- Nursing diploma or degree
- Current unrestricted Alberta nursing registration in positive standing
- Direct patient care, education, coordination, or case management experience
- English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
