As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will support CFOs, vice presidents of finance, and controllers. You will assess financial processes, design solutions, and improve decision-making through EPM applications, automation, and finance operating models. This role combines consulting delivery, engagement management, business development, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct organisational diagnostics on financial processes
- Define requirements for EPM tool acquisition and configuration
- Lead consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting diagnostics
- Manage scope, objectives, project issues, and risks




- Coach junior team members on technical and project management matters

Requirements:

- Five to seven-plus years in consulting and software implementation
- Hands-on experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or SAP EPM
- Knowledge of multidimensional data models and data integration
- Working expertise in performance management and Record-to-Report
- Demonstrated project management and transformational initiative experience
