As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support comprehensive portfolio management and growth targets. The work spans consumer insights, strategic planning, retail programs, innovation commercialization, and communications. You will coordinate priorities across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional commercialization projects through Gate processes and critical paths
- Translate consumer, shopper, and category insights into business actions
- Prepare go-to-market materials and execute retail programs with Sales partners
- Manage annual DME planning, tracking, and expenditure stewardship




- Brief agencies and coordinate integrated creative communications approvals

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of progressive brand-management experience
- Robust communication across diverse audiences and functions
- Cross-functional leadership, project management, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of P&Ls;, budgets, and Microsoft Office
