As Director of Training, you will lead H2Safety’s training team and oversee strategy, revenue, margin, quality, and growth. You will direct course and exercise offerings, manage budgets and instructor capacity, and collaborate with Sales and senior leadership. The work includes ICS training, customized programs, digital delivery, and exercises for client audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute long-term training strategy
- Deliver courses and facilitate high-profile client exercises
- Own revenue, margin, pricing, and department budget
- Develop customized ICS and client-specific training programs




- Lead instructors, scheduling, utilization, and performance management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Education, Business, or related field
- 10+ years’ emergency management experience
- At least five years leading training or exercise programs
- ICS Canada instructor qualification
- Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating exercises
