Federated Co-operatives Limited seeks a Disability Management & Leave Specialist for its Compensation, Advantages & Pension team. This permanent position supports disability, WCB, leave, accommodation, and fitness-for-work cases. You will help advance employee well-being, business success, and organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs
- Administer complex disability leave and WCB cases
- Coordinate workplace accommodation and fitness-for-work cases
- Partner with leaders, People & Culture, and providers




- Improve programs through data-driven insights and best practices

Requirements:

- Three to six years of relevant human resources experience
- Specialization in disability management and WCB leave administration
- Experience coordinating accommodation and return-to-work processes
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration preferred
- CDMP, CRTWC, or equivalent certification considered an asset
