Lead scrap metal operations with Triple M Metal as a Supervisor, directing teams, monitoring safety, and managing quality across assigned shifts.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor oversees daily and weekly objectives at one of Triple M Metal’s recycling facilities. This leadership position requires scrap metal inspection, shipping, receiving, processing, equipment knowledge, and staff development experience. You will coordinate operational resources while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and workplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and monitor team members during daily operations
- Instruct staff on health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Schedule, train, evaluate, and motivate staff members




- Inspect shipped material against specifications before shipment
- Coordinate transportation, maintenance, staffing, and operational reporting

Requirements:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Two to three years’ scrap metal experience; three to five preferred
- One year of leadership experience; two to three preferred
- WHMIS certification and forklift or skid steer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
