Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Leader to oversee Canadian and U.S. payroll operations. You will lead the payroll team, ensure compliance across provinces and jurisdictions, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and controls.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, and experience with cross-border payroll. In office in Edmonton with standard hours and occasional travel.
