As a Specialist with the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence, you will support clinical and system strategies. You will translate evidence and priorities into practical tools and measurable improvements. The work involves quality improvement, planning, performance, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver clinical and system strategy projects
- Conduct literature reviews, scans, surveys, and analyses
- Develop policies, reports, presentations, and evaluation tools
- Engage experts, providers, leaders, and lived-experience partners
- Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, documentation, and timelines

Requirements:

- Master’s degree preferred or appropriate undergraduate degree
- Minimum three years of overall working experience
- Healthcare sector experience considered an asset
- Project and change management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent communication
