This Associate contributes to a lean, high-volume M&A; team resembling technology-focused corporate development or private equity. You will support deal origination, diligence, valuation, and transaction execution. The work spans specialized software industries, business models, research techniques, and C-level conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate acquisitions with Banyan’s M&A; and executive teams
- Lead conversations with owners, advisors, bankers, and senior executives
- Build valuation, operational, and financial models
- Conduct financial, sales, marketing,



and operational diligence
- Draft investment memorandums and integration strategies for acquisitions

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of M&A; experience
- Background in private equity, banking, advisory, or corporate development
- Business or Finance degree from a competitive institution
- Expertise building financial models and structured analysis
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
