Lead safe commissioning and plant operations for major engineering projects at BBA, applying leadership and process systems knowledge. Regular employment supports onsite project delivery.

As Commissioning Manager, you will contribute from early business relationships through onsite equipment commissioning. You will prepare and execute commissioning activities while leading teams, partners, clients, and subcontractors. The work requires coordination across project management, engineering, construction, quality, safety, and owner representatives. BBA also emphasizes mentoring the next generation and developing trusting relationships throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine workforce requirements for facility objectives
- Develop commissioning plans and startup schedules




- Direct pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities onsite
- Coordinate BBA, client, and subcontractor commissioning teams
- Implement facility and personnel safety procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and OIQ membership
- Knowledge of process systems
- Robust commissioning or construction background
- Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team motivation skills
- Willingness to work in remote locations
