AECOM is seeking a Project Coordinator for freight-rail and transit-rail projects in Ottawa, Ontario. You will coordinate project activities, review designs and construction near railway property, and support project managers. The work includes budgets, schedules, reports, technical documents, and client submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate transportation, freight-rail, and transit-rail projects
- Review designs and construction for Railway Standards compliance
- Monitor project costs, budgets, schedules, and work progress
- Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and monthly billing




- Coordinate technical specifications, bid documents, and client submittals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Two years of heavy civil engineering experience
- Transit and railway experience is an asset
- Understanding of Railway Rules, Regulations, and safety procedures
- Robust English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
