As a Senior Program Manager, you will guide program managers through end-to-end delivery with minimal direction. You will apply program management principles, business consulting, analytical thinking, and project coordination to large initiatives. The work includes initiation, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure while balancing budget, time, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide program managers delivering highly complex programs end to end
- Define goals, terms, resources, costs, and program plans

Requirements:

- Five to ten years in program management
- Experience within real estate or construction
