Support managers and employees as an on-site Human Resources Business Partner in Oakville, using employee relations and recruitment expertise daily.

This permanent, non-union position partners with managers as a strategic advisor and trusted resource. The role supports employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, and human resources projects. Work takes place Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, in an office and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers on human resources functions, issues, and projects
- Execute recruitment, interviews, checks, contracts, and offer packages
- Facilitate onboarding and employee training activities
- Conduct investigations and administer progressive discipline processes




- Analyze employee data and complete compliance submissions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary HR, Business Administration, or related education
- Certified Human Resources Qualified designation
- Three to five years of generalist HR experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and Ontario employment legislation
