As a Senior Highway Designer/Engineer, you will guide multidisciplinary transportation projects from concept through completion. The position includes strategic client advising, technical delivery, design validation, and team mentorship. You will support major Ontario infrastructure initiatives, including multi-lane freeways and advanced transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead highway and drainage design technical delivery
- Guide projects from concept through completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Review designs for compliance and excellence
- Mentor junior staff across disciplines

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering degree or diploma
- 10–20+ years of highway or roadway design experience
- P. Eng or Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist designation
- Design-Build or P3 project experience
- Knowledge of Ontario environmental standards and design manuals
