This full-time, permanent Analyst reports to the Coordinator of Information Technology. The position maintains servers, networks, devices, cloud systems, educational applications, and administrative software. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support cybersecurity practices, and help technology serve schools, educators, administrators, and daily operations. The role requires technical problem-solving, initiative, collaboration, and qualified service across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot technology infrastructure
- Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises systems




- Administer accounts, permissions, updates, backups, and devices
- Provide Tier 1–3 technical support to users
- Monitor systems and assist with infrastructure improvements

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in information technology or related field
- Three years of relevant technical IT experience preferred
- Windows, cloud applications, and network administration experience
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and cybersecurity
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel
