Sun Life’s Contact Centre Infrastructure Operations team supports enterprise telephony and contact centre platforms. This senior technical contributor designs, delivers, and supports cloud-based solutions across Microsoft Teams Telephony and Amazon Connect. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and operations teams while applying Agile, DevOps, and AI-enabled technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan Microsoft Teams Telephony migration initiatives for Financial Centres
- Develop high-level and detailed technical designs
- Support Amazon Connect and associated AWS services
- Participate in DevOps, monitoring,



and incident response
- Create operational procedures, standards, and support documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Three to five years designing cloud technology solutions
- Two-plus years supporting AWS and enterprise telephony platforms
- Experience with AWS Lambda using Python
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, ITIL, Agile, and DevOps
