Lead internal sales growth at TD Asset Management in Toronto through team leadership and investment distribution expertise. This role requires frequent travel.

Reporting to the AVP, Internal Sales, the Manager Internal Sales leads implementation of TDAM’s distribution strategy within TD Private Wealth Management. You will develop Relationship Managers, collaborate with OneTD partners, and support a seamless client experience. The work emphasizes investment sales, portfolio construction, business development, and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, and manage Relationship Managers within TD’s PWM channel
- Develop and share industry best practices across sales and marketing
- Collaborate with OneTD partners to maximize distribution effectiveness
- Monitor markets,



regulations, and industry changes
- Escalate significant sales matters and exceptions as required

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Complete or pursue CSC, PFP, CIM, CFP, or CFA designation
- Five to seven years’ investment sales or services experience desired
- Experience coaching and supporting investment management products
- Ability to travel frequently with scheduling flexibility
