Lead clinical integration for Northern Health’s UHNBC Acute Care Tower, shaping clinical practices, processes, and cutting-edge care models.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Planning Officer, the Clinical Lead plans implementation activities for assigned projects. You will provide clinical input across design, build, and implementation. The work supports consistency, clinical service models, and delivery expectations throughout the tower.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning for assigned project implementation activities
- Provide clinical input into design, build, and implementation
- Partner with the Alliance Project Team
- Assess impacts of design, technology, and equipment changes
- Develop education, transition planning, and training strategies





Requirements:

- Clinical leadership experience supporting major project implementation
- Ability to collaborate with interested parties and project teams
- Experience assessing effects on clinical practice and processes
- Ability to support clinical service models and delivery expectations
- Capability to facilitate clinician education and training strategies
