Analyze multifamily investments in Vancouver with Anthem, using financial modelling and commercial judgment across acquisitions and asset management activities.

The Senior Associate, Investments and Asset Management, Multifamily supports Anthem’s Multifamily team across the full real estate lifecycle. You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, monitor existing assets, and support the development pipeline. The work combines underwriting, reporting, market research, and transaction execution. You will report to the Vice President, Multifamily, while working with senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and investment opportunities
- Build financial models and investment committee materials
- Coordinate diligence through acquisition and disposition closings




- Prepare asset reporting, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Maintain development assumptions and portfolio trackers

Requirements:

- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or economics
- Robust financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience underwriting income-producing real estate
- Understanding of NOI, cap rates, IRR, leverage, and cash flow
