The Senior Alumni & Development Specialist strengthens the alumni giving pipeline and deepens donor relationships. Reporting to the Director, Engagement & Stewardship, this senior specialist develops fundraising strategies, manages prospects, and supports campaigns. The position collaborates with College leadership, faculty, Advancement colleagues, volunteers, and community partners to advance strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual giving strategy focused on alumni participation
- Manage mid-level, leadership-level, and planned giving prospects
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors




- Analyze pipeline performance and engagement metrics
- Maintain donor records in Raiser’s Edge

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- More than five years’ major gift fundraising experience
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
