This senior position supports the Cloud Operations organization across production cloud systems. You will focus on reliability, scalability, automation, observability, and AI-assisted operations. Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Datadog are central technologies for the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate highly available IAM cloud services
- Respond to incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Design Terraform Infrastructure as Code
- Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy Kubernetes platforms across EKS, GKE, and OpenShift

Requirements:

- Five or more years operating cloud production systems
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- AWS or GCP experience
- Python, YAML, JSON, or Bash automation skills
- Availability for 24/7 follow-the-sun on-call rotation
