This experienced Project Manager role focuses on healthcare architecture within an established North American firm. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, client expectations, and multidisciplinary coordination. The position covers delivery from initial planning through final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary client contact throughout healthcare project delivery
- Develop and oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Allocate resources and monitor timelines and financial targets
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and authorities on technical issues




- Lead teams through design, documentation, and construction administration

Requirements:

- Five-plus years within an architecture or design firm
- At least two years working on healthcare projects
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and financial performance
- Robust client management, leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ontario Building Code and healthcare regulations knowledge preferred
