As an AI Transformation Associate Manager, you will design and deliver enterprise transformation from chance identification through implementation. You will prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and guide responsible AI governance. The work connects business process, organisational design, adoption, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end AI transformation design and delivery
- Define AI strategy and prioritise client use cases
- Lead assessments, reviews, and remediation recommendations

Requirements:

- Four years delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation programmes
- Experience with strategy, prioritisation, and business case development
