Lead change and claims management across major infrastructure projects, protecting contractual entitlement and managing commercial risk in complex environments.

This senior commercial leadership role operates within Joint Venture or integrated project environments. You will advise project leadership while collaborating with Project Directors, Commercial Managers, Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Legal Counsel, and executives. The position supports timely identification, quantification, negotiation, documentation, and resolution of project changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project change and claims management frameworks, procedures, and governance
- Establish change registers, forecasting processes, and reporting tools
- Lead change order negotiations with project stakeholders
- Prepare, substantiate, negotiate,



and resolve contractual claims
- Mentor teams on commercial and claims management best practices

Requirements:

- Solid commercial foundation in complex project environments
- Expertise in change and claims management
- Expertise in contract administration and commercial risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Business
- Experience supporting contractual entitlement and dispute resolution activities
