Finning seeks a Shop Supervisor to launch and grow a new assembly operation within an established company. You will lead technicians, establish processes, and support customer-centred safety, quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop up to 30 technicians
- Conduct safety meetings, assessments, inspections, and compliance activities
- Coordinate work orders, manpower, and customer issues

Requirements:

- Journeyperson certification in a related trade
