Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex regeneration projects and programmes across Oxfordshire
- Plan, coordinate and deliver high-profile regeneration initiatives
- Develop project opportunities, business cases and funding applications
- Manage delivery, budgets,



risks and stakeholder relationships
- Represent the council at meetings, boards and public events

Requirements:

- Experience as a regeneration professional
- Robust understanding of regeneration, urban renewal and placemaking
- Knowledge of sustainable development and project management
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively
- Experience working with senior leaders and elected members
