Lead underground mining operations at Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins West Mine in Timmins, Ontario, using supervision and safety expertise on rotating shifts.

This full-time Underground Supervisor position reports to the Mine General Foreman. You will direct crews, deploy materials and equipment, and support daily production requirements. The work follows a 5-5-4 rotation with 12-hour shifts and requires relocation to Timmins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct day-to-day underground operations and supervise assigned crews
- Assign shift work to meet production targets
- Deploy materials and equipment for safe production
- Inspect work and request corrective actions
- Manage employee performance, training, and scheduling

Requirements:

- Minimum 8-10 years of related mining experience
- Supervisory Common Core certification required
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Solid computer skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to occupational health and safety
